VIBOO / TERMS
Terms of use and subscription
These terms apply when you use Viboo (viboo.be) and when you take out a subscription.
Last updated: 16 September 2026 · Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.
1. Who we are
Viboo is created by Michael Martin Belber and operated by Wexio (Michael Martin Belber, BE 1005.988.879), Wexio.be, Belgium. Contact: support@wexio.be.
2. The service
Viboo is an educational platform about working with AI. It provides lessons, explanations, answers and videos.
Viboo teaches; it does not build software, run commands or operate devices for you. You remain responsible for what you do with the information.
3. Your account
Provide correct details, keep your password secret and use your account yourself. An account is personal and may not be shared.
We may suspend an account that is used to abuse or copy the service.
4. Plans and prices
- The available monthly plans and prices are shown on the Plans page. Prices are in euro and include VAT.
- A subscription starts when your first payment succeeds and renews automatically every month on the same day until you cancel.
- When you switch plans, the new price applies from your next monthly payment.
5. Payment
- Payments are processed by Mollie. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. We never receive your card or bank details.
- If a renewal fails, your subscription is marked as unpaid. Access may be limited after a short grace period.
- We will announce price changes for existing subscribers in advance; you can cancel before they apply.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. No further payments are taken.
You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. The running month is not refunded, unless the law requires it.
7. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.
Viboo gives access to digital content immediately. At checkout you explicitly ask for immediate access and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once access starts. If you believe something went wrong, contact us and we will look at it.
8. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute Viboo content, and do not try to bypass security or payments.
Use the lessons lawfully. ROM and device lessons cover only your own devices, your own backups, homebrew and official guides.
9. Intellectual property
All content, design, the Viboo name, logo and character are protected. © Wexio.be. All rights reserved. Nothing may be reused without written permission.
10. Liability
We build Viboo with care, but cannot guarantee that it is always available or error-free, or that following a lesson gives a particular result.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for the use you make of the information. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Subscribers are informed of important changes in advance and may cancel before they apply.
12. Applicable law
Belgian law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
