Wexio (Michael Martin Belber, BE 1005.988.879), Wexio.be, Belgium, is responsible for your personal data on Viboo. Privacy contact: admin@wexio.be.

What we collect

• Account: your name, e-mail address and language. Your password is stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider.
• Subscription and payments: plan, amounts, status, dates and Mollie reference numbers. We never receive card or bank details.
• Technical data: security and error logs needed to keep the service safe.
• Cookies: only the login session and your language, sound and motion preferences. No advertising or tracking cookies.
• Learning progress: stored only in your own browser, never on our servers.

Why we use it

To provide your account and the service (contract), to handle subscriptions, payments and accounting (contract and legal obligation), to keep Viboo secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to answer your questions.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Mollie — payment processing.
• Our own hosting — the Viboo website.
• Our e-mail provider — account e-mails such as password resets.
• YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) — only when you press play on a video.

How long we keep it

Account data: as long as your account exists. Payment records: as long as accounting law requires. Technical logs: for a limited period.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Mail admin@wexio.be from your account address.

You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
